The founders of Circle of Life Transitional Homes, Catina Russell and Rufus Jones, first met while they were both homeless and struggling to find housing and other necessities. Russell was a mother, trying to provide for her children, and Jones was a veteran. When the two crossed paths many years later, they formed an organization to provide the services they had struggled to find. Their goal is to pay it forward and ensure that individuals and families have access to stable housing, meals, and educational resources.
